I was a chronic yo-yo dieter for several decades. I didn’t know it back then, but I was seeking results that I never truly found because I was searching outside of myself. Panged with frustration, I struggled even more after trying every diet and technique out there. No matter what I committed to, I always had a worse outlook on my body, a worse relationship with exercise, food, and weight loss. It wasn’t until I learned that my weight loss had nothing to do with me as a person, that things started to shift. Before I knew it I was implementing new personalized tools that helped me lose body fat – and keep it off – while feeling confident, happy, and fulfilled.
